More

“In the United States, an estimated 30 million people over the age of sixteen read no better than the average elementary school child.”

Literacy Orange is a volunteer based adult literacy provider formed through a merger of Literacy Volunteers of Eastern Orange County (LVeoc) and Literacy Volunteers of Western Orange County (LVWOC).  On this website you can find information on our programs and services, how to become a volunteer, how to contact us, and news of our current events. The continued support of our volunteers and donors is crucial to the future success of Literacy Orange.  Your support in any form is greatly appreciated.

Together, we can eliminate illiteracy in Orange County!
